I havnt blogged for SOO long but its because I am enjoying life a lil too much rte now!being back on familiar soil is a blessing in disguise i can tell you that much! everything seems to be lining up in such a positive way and its made me realise how blessed i really am in life..been a while sincce ive felt this good going through the CRAZY shit i have been through. but a wise man once said that what doesnt kill us only makes us stronger. Too true my good friend! So im back in Torquay in Vic and the sun is shining, the birds are singing(at 6am every morning) and im surrounded by amazing people and glorious beaches. I moved down here a week ago after a very convincing phone call from an old friend with an offer i couldnt refuse! Ive moved into a fantastic and HUGE new house with my good buddy Will Hartl and his lovely french girlfried(come all the way back home from Norway and im still surrounded by euros,theres frenchys everywhere here) and another awesome aussie girl named Kiera. I have a huge new bedroom on the second story with my own bathroom and got given a car and have 2 fantstastic jobs(lookout bill gates ima gonna be rich) and generally just living life surfung and working the days away! Have met up with a whole cast of old and dear friends i havnt seen in a long time. what else can i say but awesome!looking at all my new study options available to me and just being happy being!keep safe all much love to you all.

Its been a tough month..well few months here.But now i feel like rambo in the last movie..bigger and better than ever!Ive been through the jungle and now im out on the other side!and man is it great to see the light again.This past week has been interseting..made a bunch of new friends and been exposed to ALOT of creativity that is soo inspiring in itself to motivate one to be more creative and tap the well thats lurking beneath.Biggest change for me is officially letting go of the the biggest thing in my life..hardest thing ive ever had to do in my life by far but also the nest thing ive ever done for myself.Ive been strangled with self doubt and pressure about whats going to happen..but finally letting go has freed me from my insecurites and is allowing me to go forwards uninhibeted and achieve the things i so desperately need to achive!if you love something set it free..and so it is and im stronger than ever for it!

Keeping fit is the new black!Its tuesday in glorious Oslo in the fall time..ok not soo glorious weather wise..man its gloomy outside but that doesnt mean im gonna be! Up early today for an awesome healthy breakfast to start the day off with a bang..i have the day off today ..unlike yesterday which i actually thought i had off but was sorely mistaken...being called 30mins before i start work haha!!(Martin Wichardt and his Lovely lady and Mother came in and we whipped them up some awesome goods!)So now im off to the gym..my new found love for some soul shredding..gotta stay fit and fresh..mind body and soul!!!Missing someone who means more than anything in the world to me soo much rte now but going to meet up with some good friends later in the day for awesome company with coffee and goodies and good times! Its the first Monday of November 2009!WTF this year has been flying by sooo fast!im sure u can all agree..its soo xmas soon(which is awesome cause that means presents,glogg and pepperkakor)its been some crazy times for me lately ..some could say having to find myself again after a the biggest thing in my life has changed dramaticaly!ups and downs lefts and rights like youd never believe but thats the rollercoasted of life we ride sometimes!One thing ive learnt is we gotta roll with the punches and make the most out of a crazy situation..digging deep within yourself for strength and untimately comfort and peace! But enough of my crazy situation im going to live my life long and hard and have fun!Ive started another job after all my visa dramas and im now working at an awesome restaurant called Bolgen & Moi ..supper busy and really nice and the crew there are awesome!!went out in the weekend with them and at all times i was atleast 3 beers deep and failing miserably at making up for the deficit!ive joined a gym in Oslo FINALLY after waiting for soo long to be settled enough to do so..living in a new apartment(hannas old one) and its AWESOME..soo nice and new and cosy..winters looming snow is here(cant wait to shred with good friends! and the smell of change is in the air!Like i said ALOT of changes lately and who knows what the new chapter brings all i know is im gonna make the most of it and most importantly enjoy it!!!lifes good people LOVE IT!

Suuuuuuper duuuuuper!! I had an AMAZING weekend!!! I got new Kicks..a fresh new white pair of reebok hightop SIR JAMS..Straight outta the 80's and WHAT!i also got new jeans and a shirt and stuff so im looking fresh to death rte now and feeling it too! Went to the Burton movie on fri as i said and it turned out to be a siiik night..rocked up with Tony, Fredrick, Vanessa and met up with a whole bunch of other cats there including resident party swede Robin Gaastra..Mr Burton himself who was kind enough to stuff drink tickets into my hand and keep us going solid!

Saturday started very hungover but then kicked it into overdrive and hit the "OKTOBERFEST" party at CON BAR with the delightfull Hanna and crew..105 kr jugs of beer= RIDONK! I wrapped up my rad weekend snuggling into my AWESOME couch with my happy house hardcore girlfriend Tilda and made all sorts of food delights(food is my friend when im hungover like that!) unfortunately i burned one of the pizzas i was making for us which was devastating for tilda..but we survived(only just i almost got my nuts cut off!)This week brins all sorts of new options for me as i can resume work with my new visa paperwork being sorted..bring the pain!

Soo been feeling pretty guilty about not posting for a period of time .generally being too busy at being awsome in the real world and stuff. beers for 10kr is the new black..well at least i freaking wish it was!i felt like i was in some holiday in bali or something lastnight...sitting on a boat in the sun over looking the ocean drinking more cheap beer than i could handle!i mean we were ordering 20 beers at a time!doesnt get more awsome than that!!soo stoked!everyone around tended to get quite hammered as you can imagine..except for me ofcourse i managed to keep my composure(thats why i pulled a David Hasselhoff with a kebab again lastnight)..so we officially emptied the tank at Lektern in style it was a banger night and had alot of fun with alot of awsome people! We later attempted to go to the snowboard premier but tickets were scarce so we attempted some other means of entry..I.e. commando rolls under security tables and the old 'bait n switch'..all of which were to no avail haha.but its the thought that counts! My laptop is officiall screed.it has a gnarly trojan horse virus and is being a right cunt if i dont mind saying so.I have downloaded about 4 different virus stopping software programmes and spent countless hours raping the net(whats new) trying to sooth this monster but shes a tricky son of a bitch! But anyways fuck that im not gonna let it damper my AWSOME weekend approaching!shit ive had a rad week all sorts is going on here in oslo its gnarly!i started the week with some Monday madness at work which was sick had a real good night..including a tea party.thats right you heard right a freaking tea party..damn norwegians never cease to amaze me!then on tues day i made some banger pizza for Elin, Hanna , Tony and Robin at the mansion..i was like a pizza factory..they were like the vacuum cleaner that got left on for an hour..especially Elin...or should i call her Elin "i am unstoppable so fuckking feed me" Hinders??!!that chick cleaned up..and funnily enough when the cleaning up arrived ..where was she??who knows haha.
Ive had a few more days of work and now we are going to Lektern's(the boat bar) bar closing..10kr beers! Followed by the release of Absinthe films new 'Neverland" movie.going to be epic for sure..big crew and big party set for the weekend so im am very EXCITE! I hope your weekend is going to be as epic as mine and if its not...have a tea party instead!! Fuck swine flu it is documented and proven that man flu is waaay more serious.dont get mad...its science. So what did i do this weekend..well lets just say i ripped up some major jugs with my bro Hanna Banana and shredded like 3 series of Gordon Ramsays Kitchen Nightmares! On friday I was home alone and developed some sort of strange addiction to the above formentioned show..how could you not the guy is nothing short of hillarious..I mean if you can get away with calling one of your guests in the restaurant an and i quote "Old Bag", you are officially rad.end of story. Its a sick show if u aint seen it get involved. On sat i met up with brosef Hanna and had many a beer at her house and then proceeded with her and her housemate and her shag of the moment to Cafe Sor for like a bajillion jugs of beer.Nothing short of amazing...my hangover wasnt even that bad..i mean i could walk which was good for me! At the moment Fall is truly setting in here in Oslo so its pretty miserable outside..so its time to work hard, save those dollars..watch alot of pointless television and curl up in my nice warm apartment and enjoy some fine winter comfort food.o jea. Super rainy doom n gloom day in Oslo 2day!but that didnt stop me from having a rad day..i watched(or tried to watch)the new Streetfighter movie..and OMG it is possibly more painful than the spice girls.Its only saving grace is Kevin Klien(you remember the pussy from the american pie series), he over acts sooo bad its pure comedy gold.altho not intended to e funny he is as Det. I had my first/trial night at Noblis a super Shwanky restaurant in the trendy Shopping street of Bogstadveien in Oslo city and wait for it...a lil longer....I GOT THE JOB!!. Super stoked right now! Ima gonna have to step my game up and pull out some old Aces to play with these guys..they got some pretty rad grub and the place turns into a poppin bar in the weekends too. It actually got voted as one of the 100 best bars in the world in 08 so thats a bit of an achievement as theres like 1 bajillion bars in the world(actual number not just an estimation..true story). Went for a sweet skate shred in Frogner park today for a wee bit with my norwegian buddy Hans-jakob (props elin for the match making)..good fun to get on the skateboard machine again its been soo long since i had a good solid skate and get sweaty like a teenage boy reading a lingerie magazine..blow those cobwebs right out! i thought i was soo awsome that some sweet treats were in order (at Tillys command) so i whipped up some sweet-ass crepes..thats right, those really reallly thin lil pancakes(i love those things), Whatever happens when we get outta here im gonna go get a whole mess of those things. Theres something in the water here..or mayby it was the straight vodka...So i hooked up with m newly enlisted bro(applications still open for new bro enlistment) Elin Hinders lastnight after i had some cold beer, pasta and a rad snowboard movie session. we proceeded to Hans Jakobs apartment which when u enter the complex is adorned with a glorious marble hallway.(.i swear i heard angels singing its magnificent praise).i mean his place is freaking massive i was green with envy u couldve played a game of rugby in that place.so we kicked it there for a few hours good ol Robin turned up and we had a doozie game of kings cup...instead the cup was a full bottle of norwegian vodka..possibly the reason why my head has been playing drum and bass from the inside out all day!most pf us had a shot at baghead(one of the cards u pull ends up in you having to wear a bag on ur head until someone else picks it).i ended up having 2 rounds of baghead.lucky me...haha.so the night progressed we went to town to some bars..Robin pulled the best houdini from one cab to another in lightspeed, Hans Jakob fell asleep on a table in a bar and i magically dissapeared..BANGER NIGHT!thanks team it was fun cant wait for my next hangover!haha.

In some other unrelated news good old Grenade founder and general crazy fuck Danny Kass has seemed to have encountered some unfortunately timed car trouble in my home resort in NZ..it seems he tried to drive his fucking van up the main ski slope trying to get to the halfpipe!this is pushing the bar for idiocy i mean what a fucking loose cunt!He apparently drove up at 930am up the main slope and got his shit stuck haha.he was trying to get to the halpipe during the NZ Burton Open for a photoshoot..he got his ass busted and is now going to court in Queenstown for endangering public safety.classic

It seems the ginger ninja has done it again..Shaun White has taken the honours at the 7th Annual NZ Burton Open held at my home resort Cardrona, Wanaka NZ. Apparently he threw down some doble cork 10s in the new 22ft olympic standard pipe..no big deal right..who cant throw double cork 10s in a 22ft monster...its new black..everyones doing it.say what u will about the guy but he killed it indeed so props are deserved.The slopestyle was also a spectacular event ive heard from my NZ counterparts with Sebastian Toutant taking the first place honurs with his signiture "Toutsie Roll"(what is this u ask..get google-ing and find out!) So all in all i hear it was pretty epic and the partys that ensued were absolute carnage in true wanaka style..so for all u shred heads who aint been its a must so mark an X on that map u gotta get there!My man bry knows what im talking about...i mean it can really get outta hand! here all all the final results for those who give a fuck

Being on the other side of the bar is pretty interesting...watching the most composed people looking their best ..on top of the world walk in early in the evening..balling...partying..life of the party!As the night progresses man is it rad to watch them slowly degenerate into what resembles the magnificent David hasslehoff trying to eat a burger off the ground in a drunken stooper!classic.. So i worked at Cafe Con Bar this weekend running around the place like a headless chicken collecting glasses and all but being mauled by every second person i walk past..(im not saying i didnt like it...who could be mad at strangers groping u in the night) it was a bit of fun and hey i made some cash!banger!my favourite was the girl who was trying to look awsome and hot and was hanging around after closing talking to the norwegain bar guys..she prob thought everything she was saying was perfect and she looked hot to trott...but to us she sounded like a dying walrus trying to play a broken violin and singing in egyptian whilst trying to wear skis inside a bar with a dress that looks like a ripped sail of a sunken ship..elin hinders that is what ur new learning efforts are going to supply u with.step it up.

What a glorious day it is!So much so that i even decided to get outta bed bfore midday!!(this is somekind of record for me right now haha)Again i have circumnavigated (awsome word!) the whole of oslo..taking a lovely stroll by the river down to hannas work for one of her ridonk lattes(props!) and on up to the castle park for some lunch and a lil lay in the sunshine..heaven forbid i may even aqquire somewhat of a tan(highly doubt it ..im known as the day walker)! @nite im working at Cafe Con Bar as a wait for it...a lil longer...BAR BITCH!dear god what have i become haha...but cashflow is cashflow..especially right now im gonna take anything i can get...and i mean ANYTHING!cmon people get creative...will sing for food..haha.But im stoked on that should be some fun..so if ur in the area come say hi...hell u can even throw some money at me i wont be mad i swear.Have a rad weekend peoples i know i will go break some legs make some ridiculous mistakes and most of all be awsome!

Soo its that time of the week again...u gotta crawl out of that bed and snap outta that hungover mess that you have transformed yourself into and do something usefull with your life again...well thats what i had to do today anyways...but thats just how i roll! So what did i do today...i effing hustled my ass off..i am now have a geographical map of Oslo city burned into my brain!tilly and I have literally walked the entire grid of the city today..u see i am on the job hustle!!!so i printed off 74000 copies of the refined edition of my resume and pimped myself out like a whore to anyone who would give me the time of day...im hoping it paid off!wish me luck!!As i have mentioned in my last blog...(which i know u all wait for with baited breath) tilda and i are enjoying domestic bliss in our new apartment!!As a result Tilly has done something radacious(word under copyright application courtesy of Rikard Lilja) andd outdone herself..she has made some delicious and tasty home baked treats!BOLLER!!these delicious lil sweet bread balls all gooey and warm with raisins and cinnamin..its like one of those deliscious falafel hotdogs!!(brick they dont exist...)but seriously props Tilly uve made my monday(haha how sad is my life that i enjoy home baking..i am getting old!)in saying that i challenge all you faithfull readers to try your hand at some baking this week..go ahead,make some bread , or a cake, or something awsome..its super relaxing and not to mention you get an Awsome treat at the end of it all..whats bad about that!Anyways have a banger week..do some baking and dont forget to be radacious.peace!

Man what a weekend it has been!Soo much awsomeness has gone down where do i begin...mayby i'll begin with the fact that im 27 and my hangover is bigger than a small country ..i mean it feels like theres a lil army of ninjas running through my brain(i cant rteally be mad at that tho cause ninjas are awsome!But its all been worth it! lastnight was Elin, Rikard and Tony's Crayfish party!!Its a swedish tradition here (even tho were in Norway its run by sweedes..their like the mexicans of Scandinavia..come here and take everyones jobs haha)..so what they do is dress up in Awsome party hats, Wear big Bibs around their necksand get down to business!I mean there was crayfish everywhere!The Traditional name for the party is a kräftskiva.

Pretty freaking cool indeed! My old mate Gustav Een even made an appearance..good to see you ya curly lil fuck!! As awsome as the party was it also bears a lil sadness as Good Friend and professional bro Rikard Lilja is leaving Oslo to persue a career in photography in Stockholm...god speed son u will be missed!!The Night progressed awsomely and A good crew of us ended up at a dirty House bar called Christiana..BANGER!ended up recruiting and Aussie kid to party with us so that was pretty classic..guy couldnt believe all the girls out..he was like a kid in an amusement park...having waay to much fun! Tilda and i left the bar and ended up dancing in the street cause the music was just waaay to good!losers!haha

I love travelling..be it for the short lil roadtrip or the laung haul cross-continent epic journey...im sure you can all agree that there is a certain freedom associated with it all.Letting your hair blow free in the wind so to speak!This has been the story of my very blessed life thus far for quite some years now!And i LOVE IT!So this week Tilda and I have made the move from Sweden back to Norway(again haha) and loving it!have seen some awsome scenery along the way and taken a few snaps!!As always when i do a road trip like that(well train and a bus for like a freaking day!) i like to prepare some Gourmet mo funkn shit to enjoy along the way...this lil roadys menu was some EXTREME Deli-rolls..for your envious eyes heres a lil sample(i take catering orders u know u want it)...Elin i know this floats ur boat!!

So we got to Oslo on Weds morning and come weds Night im off to some random house party with my good buddies Hanna and Elin..and i must say this party was the SHIT TITS!(especially considering taht i wasnt even gonna go)..we get there and its a freaking fullon bar on the top of an apartment complex on the roof..this thing was banging they had liquor,beer,wine..anything u wanted!With and awsome scene of inflatable boats(?)candles bamboo and fuck knows what else it was a banger night!i would have taken some photos but obviously i was waay too shitfaced to be trusted with any sort of electrical equipment so your all going to have to imagaine!anyways thats enough for now!thanks all involved for a banger night and thanks Oslo for the AWSOME summer weather were getting right now!!O and thanks bar lady whoever you are for the most amazing kiwifruit gin cocktail i have ever had in my life(elin also had one..we couldnt believe how good this shit was..ima hunt this bitch down chain her up and make her create those all day long for me!)this weekend is THE BIG MOVE to Tilda and I's very own and first Apartment in Oslo together so ill be posting some pics and theres gauranteed to be a banger party involved!anywas peace take it easy and go do something AWSOME!your Mum did...
